1. Rooftop plunge pool0:00

   The film opens on the circular plunge pool on the roof deck — turquoise water, sun loungers set along the curve, a clipped hedge behind, and the faceted glass skylights that bring daylight into the floors below. The camera pulls back and begins to climb.

2. Aerial over the property0:14

   Rising above the pale flat roofs, the shot reveals more rooftop pools and the scale of the building — then how completely it sits inside dense jungle, with low-rise Tulum spread out beyond it. The camera turns and begins to descend toward the interior courtyard.

3. Limestone arcade and gardens0:22

   Back at ground level, a long run of pale limestone arches opens onto planted beds of palms and tropical greenery — the shaded walkway that connects the ground-floor suites.

4. Inside a suite0:28

   Inside, a bedroom seen through an open doorway: a wall-mounted television, a low sofa, a floor lamp, and warm wood joinery throughout. The shot continues past a full kitchen with a tall refrigerator.

5. The courtyard pool0:37

   From a balcony in one of the glass-fronted wings, the camera looks down the length of the courtyard pool, planted beds and arches running along both sides. It then moves outside to the facade — dark glass upper floors sitting above the arcaded limestone base, palms at the water's edge.

6. Bedrooms and living spaces0:51

   More of the interiors: a bed dressed with cushions and a wooden bench at its foot, wood floors underneath, a mirror and a writing desk against the far wall.

7. The rooftop from above1:00

   The last sequence looks straight down over the roof deck — the circular pool with a single swimmer, the loungers, the geometry of the skylights — before pulling back for a final wide aerial of the whole property in the jungle at dusk.
