Welcome to HACIENDA TUK TULUM. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services, including making reservations and staying at our property. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the HACIENDA TUK TULUM website and making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservations and Payments
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All prices are quoted in US Dollars; no taxes are added to your total. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable. Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and rate changes. Holiday periods have a 14-day cancellation policy.
Property Rules and Responsibilities
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are welcome in select suites by prior arrangement and are subject to our Pet Policy, including the condominium's leash and clean-up rules in common areas.
Liability
HACIENDA TUK TULUM is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property. We recommend guests obtain travel insurance for their belongings. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained on the property due to guest negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of HACIENDA TUK TULUM and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Third-Party Services
We may link to or integrate third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
