You can reserve directly on our website. Choose your dates and suite(s) on the Reserve page, enter guest details, and pay securely by card. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

How is the total price calculated?

The total is the nightly rate (adjusted for season) multiplied by the number of nights, plus a one-time $75 cleaning fee and a 5% service fee. There are no taxes or hidden charges — the exact breakdown is shown before you pay.

Do prices change by season?

Yes. Low season (May–October) uses the base rate, high season (November–April) is about 1.35×, and holiday periods (Dec 20–Jan 5 and Easter week) are about 1.75×. The price you see for your dates already includes the seasonal adjustment.

The penthouse suites have private rooftop plunge pools, the 1- and 2-bedroom ground suites have private plunge pools, and the Studio Ground has direct swim-up pool access from its terrace. All guests can also use the shared pool.

Pets are welcome in select ground-floor suites by prior arrangement. Mention your pet when you book so we can place you in a pet-friendly suite. Yes, children are welcome in all suite types. Pack-n-plays and high chairs are available on request, and ground-floor 2-bedroom suites are easiest for families with young children.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable. Holiday periods have a 14-day cancellation policy. No. To keep the property calm for all guests, parties and events are not permitted and quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is enforced per suite.
