Four-legged guests are welcome — here's what to know

Some of our favorite guests arrive on four paws. Several of our ground-floor suites are pet-friendly, and with a little notice we'll have one ready for you both. The hacienda sits inside a private condominium, so a few community rules apply everywhere outside your suite. Here they are in full.

The short version

  • Leash on at all times in gardens, pool areas, and walkways
  • Clean up right away — waste goes in the designated bins
  • The condominium can issue fines, and any fine is passed on to the guest

Pets at the Hacienda

Pets are welcome in select ground-floor suites by prior arrangement. Tell us you're traveling with a pet when you reserve, or write to us on WhatsApp, and we'll place you in a pet-friendly suite and have it ready for both of you.

In the Common Areas

The hacienda shares its gardens, pools, and walkways with a private residential community, so pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside your suite. Pets may not roam free anywhere in the common areas, however friendly they are.

Cleaning Up

Please clean up after your pet immediately, wherever you are on the grounds, and place the waste in the designated containers. It keeps the grounds beautiful for residents, guests, and the jungle itself.

Fines for Non-Compliance

These rules come from the condominium administration and are binding for every guest. If they aren't followed, the administration may issue administrative fines under the Condominium Rules, and any fine incurred during your stay is passed on to you. We'd rather you never see one — a leash and a bag are all it takes.

Mention your pet in the special requests when you reserve, or reach us by WhatsApp or email before booking. We'll confirm a pet-friendly ground-floor suite and answer anything you'd like to know before you travel.
